Many thanks for your comments, that really is something to read a repsonse like that about your own car! I am glad you like it.
I didn't know about this build threads website until I got a few PM's, texts and an email yesterday from friends congratulating me on making it onto the front page. I didn't actually know what they were talking about so looked it up and there it was....my car on the front page!
After having had a look through some of the amazing cars on the site I am so flattered that they would consider putting mine up there. It has certainly made a lovely start to the year for me. It's like winning a prize in a competition you never knew you were entered into! Shocked and over the moon in equal measure.

Thank you again for the comments, it really makes me want to keep the car. I'll be digging it out of hibernation sometime soonish to do some more stuff to if. I've already got the bits, I just need to find the time to do it all....
