Been on here for a while, thought i would upload my ride ;D Currently learning to drive in it and a few little things need doing, am building up my knowledge in the traditional way, by owning a Triumph and its world renowned reliability lol love it though! Will be trying to get some nice pics up soon

Great little cars! There's still much to commend them as a 'first'.
Should you wish to go even more period, there are some Cosmic Mk2s in the 'For Sale' section.

not much at the moment really, just gonna put the chrome stripe back on the bonnet and the chrome lettering, got a few rust bubbles to get rid of first, then gotta realign the bonnet, bit wonky atm

That looks really nice! then gotta realign the bonnet, bit wonky atm I'm starting to think all Triumphs came from the factory with wonky bonnets. My Bond (Herald-based) also has the wonky bonnet. ;D

Nice 'Rumph evg!
A set of Spitty carbs and an overdrive would transform it.
I think Seth has a box... IIRC

it has got an overdrive from a spitfire in it already, haven't tried it out yet as I'm still learning and don't want too much to remember haha, will have to get an engine bay shot on here, see what everybody thinks

Lovely little 13/60 there!! Like the colour too!
Looks great on those wheels and the overdrive must be a bonus!
Good luck with the bonnet! As BenzBoy says, these are a notorious bad fit and not helped by the silly way they attach. Look forward to seeing how you get on!

Hey evg1990, watch out for that V8 Herald bloke, he'll do dodgy things to your poor innocent little Herald :-) :-) :-)

Herald in the Snow.... Was this close to selling her after spending an hour broken down at Tesco Petrol Station on Saturday on the way to the mechanic (having wishbone replaced) was freezing. But then after we got it working again and had the wishbone replaced it rode like a dream and i fell back in love with it Just have to get a new battery/battery charger unit for it and twiddle with the choke cable now then ill have a fully working lovely Herald
