I'm after a small unit to rent (or maybe even buy) in the Surrey area - as close as possible to Woking.
Doesn't need to be huge - about the size of a double garage would be fine, just needs to have vehicle access, light and power.
How much should I expect to pay (either rent, or to purchase)
