See I aint a big fan of corsas tbh but for some reason that looks quite cool. And couldnt help but notice the Honda cub in the background (C50/70/90?) Sorry I'm a ped man at heart, been riding and tuning them for a few years. Yes you can tune a ped

The Honda is an ace machine, you could feel the beach moving even when it was at a distance with the engine running. The pics were taken at the RR @ the beach a few months back, more photos on the thread I believe Cheers for the good comments, glad I'm doing something right with a £450 first car

Cheers Beemer!... the only reason I use hellfrauds is for more rattle cans Wellllll, lets go straight into it, I'm graped off that my bonnets rusting at the front near the scalloping, looks curse word and I'm trying to work out how to get rid of it. To cheer myself up I fitted this the old'uns got me for Christmas.... Then this happened.. You can see the nail to the right Wider at the left side rear And so for now I'm rolling with alloys on the front and steel on the rear.. Thats about it for now, also a bit gutted at my mirrors, they are almost entirely rust instead of chrome now, If I'm honest with myself I'm getting bored of this car but I have no idea what I'm going to do about it :-\ after looking, rust is coming through a few areas thanks to the gritters.. Tempted to go balls out and just rust the entire car I'm thinking it through, pulling up ideas and trying to image what will be best for old girl. A friend suggested a corsa C front end conversion if its possible... just for the heck of it

I hope you don't go down the rust route, the fact yours is sat in red oxide and not rust makes it stand out for me. But it's you car, so what ever pleases you then go for it. Re the mirrors, that is the prob with cheap chrome. I would look at discing them back and giving them a coat of black smoothrite or similar.

Those steel wheels with the fat tyres look way better to your car's theme than the alloys.

This is the coolest corsa that i've ever seen tbh, really loving what you've done with it - nice and individual ;D As others have said, it's great you've not gone down the rusted bonnet and roof-rack route. I really like the alloys actually, the flat black fits in with the paint

Cheers for the positives, I did have a rusted bonnet on while this one was being painted, but was never a fan of the single rusty panel look. Joxvox, I don't mind if you don't like it, no car is to everyones tastes, least of all a car like this so I expect some people wont like it The steels were going to be creme, with chrome bullet centers put in, but due to the popped trye I'll have to get round to painting them at a later date, probably all for the better seeing as its so wet and gritty out

I hope you don't go down the rust route, the fact yours is sat in red oxide and not rust makes it stand out for me. If you stick with the untreated red oxide, rust will form underneath it as contrary to what most people think, red oxide primer acts like a sponge and will absorb moisture.

Loving that Corsa mate, its good seeing somebody taking their own direction with a car that mostly ends up outside Mc Donalds full of smoke.
Well done mate.
keep the steely's and paint them, they look far better than the black alloys in my opinion.

A corsa in a body kit is usually the worst looking thing even compared to a chaved saxo But I expect people to dislike it and I appreciate your opinion! Steeleys will be going a creme colour, maybe with some chrome beauty rings/bullet caps if I can get a hold of them. cars now on all 4 steels (needs to loose the old petrol cap, something that I keep forgetting about): heres the unwanted rust I was on about, thanks to a gritter (its all chip marks, but in a fine pattern so it looks like a hole chunk of rust)

Looking good as always dude. As for the wheels, I reckon if you went oxide red with moon disc hubs it'd look sweet!! Maybe get Brock or Mada to sort you out with some wide white walls too like on the beemer or pug, go full on with the look Must admit too, I kinda like the look of the hood with the bit of rust on there, looks like it really is weathered n worn from the 50s

I think the hoods destined to stay that way, its creeping up and up the bonnet, not much I can do about it now untill better weather. Should have been smart and actually used the bonnet bra I bought for her when she was salmon pink. I mean flame red. Ah well, coupla recent bits: Flying the colours.. And got given this.. couldnt resist really, does absolutely nowt power wise but she sounds a bit healthier I'll get some proper work done soon, crappy weather and no garage = a pain in the rear end to try and paint

loving your car bud, the matt red finish is a new one on me and looks amazing...... now considering it for my ex post van i got........steelies certainly set it off better than the alloys did. Great work on the pinstriping too......don't rust it, it stands out now for all the right reasons!!!!

Cheers bud, I'm sure I saw someone do a van in the red oxide with coca cola logos down the side and rubbed back.. looked spot on but I cant find you a pic, sorry about that! Some bits in the post, have been in and out of hospital for the last week so bought myself some goodies to pick up a bit. First arrived within a day other bits are still out there somewhere, but I did pick these up from a charity shop for a couple of squid on my first outing today I'll give them a tester tomorrow (built from metal though, hope they're loud!) And a pic before I went and got all sickly
