i had it weighed at a weighbridge and it was 900kg with a full tank of fuel and a bit of luggage.
bad points
paint is a bit tatty, wings are a bit rough, and there's a few scratches and dings. i was intending to use it competitively eventually and it's been mainly used to enjoy the welsh B roads.
currently it's on cut springs as i i'd sold the coilovers that were on it. the intention was to upgrade them to GAZ gold's while it was off the road. i would be more than happy to refit a new set for an extra £200, so £2500 in total
softtop is removed to save weight, i still have it albeit it with a few tears.
overall the car is mechanically sound, with my intentions always to keep the car as good mechanically as possible, regular oil changes (every 3000 miles) and only with decent service parts.
it was a hard decision to put it up for sale, but i moved from wales to central london, where having a car simply isn't needed. so it's up for sale. it's currently SORN'ed and located in abertillery, south wales.
