What a fabulous looking place. there used to be a place like this in Windsor called Stag Motors...even managed to pull out two new bumpers for an Elam +2 I had 12 years ago What's the rear bumper for one of those off originally? Front is 105E, but the rear looks more like a Triumph of some sort. Not sure but it looks very much like a mini clubman item

We need more places like this in the world!
There's a great Jag breakers near me in Dereham, Norfolk - looks very similar to those pics... But its not just the place or the parts they stock, its the guys who own/run them that are the real treasures! Without these guys, who's going to know, (or care) that the single trim clip you want was changed in 1972 for 3 months only due to a supply shortage... For that reason alone - the academy this guy is planning sounds like a great idea!

He gets coutless calls all the time from big factors who are lost without a part number which correlates to the current lists. Without these guys a lot of knowledge will get lost and inevitably older cars will start to become irreparable and end up exstinct (well at least original restored stuff goes) - making classic car ownership and maintenace more and more difficult year on year, forcing people in to new cars and the classics in to a museum. It may sound exstream now, but in 20 or so years - who knows - especially with new EU legislation/buisiness law changes/resessions blaa blaa. Cool place

Fantastic! Wonder if there's any obscure old Skoda parts in there. Probably. He pulled a correct rear wheel cylinder off the shelf for our Saab 95. Its almost the same but slightly different to a Metro one in a fairly insignificant way, but he had the right one.

That looks brilliant, may have to pop down there myself one day just to support the place.
