Here we are then, the one 'The Oval Empire' produced after their ill fated bid to prise Ferrari away from the Italians.
Winner 4 times in a row (1966-1969) and iirc, the first car to have won two years in a row with the same chassis, a feat not repeated until the turn of this century (I think).
It was also the first American built race car to win Le Mans (MkIV, previous entries iirc were built in a shed in Slough)
