I've bought 4 steels/tyres in Baldock, Herts -but a knackered back stops me driving that kinda distance to go get them.
I need them transported down to the south coast -anyplace between Brighton & Portsmouth -where my Mrs can collect.
Timescale to suit you.
Sensible quantities of beer vouchers offered

I'm not going to be heading to the south coast any time soon, but could pick them up in a week or so and hold them for you if the seller starts getting itchy.
Another possibility is taking them to A52 and passing them to HC to take back to b-right-on.

If anyone's going past there towards London (could meet at South Mimms easy enough for example) then I could hold them and get them at least as far as the dungeon for you. Maybe transfer them to PaulH who I think heads down your way every so often? Will also think if I'm heading that way any time soon.

I'm planning on heading down your way soon Nigel, as I still need some 4 x 98 wheels (I am led to believe you may have a set or two ;D). So if someone can get them to Essex.....
...or, I may be able to run up there soon if work takes me that way.

I'm happy to be involved in such shenanigans and am planning an Area52 jaunt this weekend if that's not too soon? I'm afraid I'm still in Bristol at present so can't collect them just yet, so it probably is too soon.

Sadly, backs getting worse rapidly - looks like I'm going to have to go 'private' to sort this soon. NHS not really playing ball, right now
