Hi guys and gals
I've just been to check out a place I recently heard about through the RetroCarsMag Twitter feed called 7 Hotel Diner. It's in Sevenoaks, Kent, 2 mins off M25, J4 Map
It's an American style diner with parking out front. It's really good quality too, extensive menu, top notch food, mocktails, cocktails, beers (working on expanding these!) wines, shakes, ice cream, ribs, burgers, wings etc
For those who have been to the Ace Café, it's not quite so used to car-related events but better food in a nicer location. Oh, and it's a really nice / competitive hotel too
For Classic Car Night they have a £5 burger+fries+drink offer for those who arrive by classic car and I'm presuming they'd do the same for us. They said they would be keen to lay on a Retro Rides evening.
May I have a show of hands for monthly / bi-monthly / quarterly / annual RR meet there please. If there's enough interest, I'll organise it. Cheers, Ferg
