Tried searchin this but came up cold. Apologies if its been covered already. Several years ago i, as many of you may, was contacted about having my car feature in a movie called "Dolphins". Distance restricted me at the time although I did fancy a trip down to have a look. Never came to anything then a few months later I saw the trailer and counted my blessings. It looked fairly dire, like a Ken Loach "Fast and the Furious" www.imdb.com/title/tt0490114/Has anyone on here actually seen it? Worth a watch? I only bring it up as I firmly remembered it featuring this: It gave me unusual stirrings in the trousers. Was it a stunt car/movie fake? Or was that blower fully functional? I want that Capri!

I have seen this. It is a giant pile of curse word.
I'm keen on cheesy movies, but this was just tedious.
iirc the girl was quite pretty though.

I know the car, A few years ago the then owner was a member of our local Capri club. Canm't remember his name but he was a nice guy. He also had a 3 litre x pack Capri. It has the Rover V8 with the nitrous and functioning supercharger. It was featured in a Capri shoot out in Fast Car Magazine years ago. Was quite rapid if I remember. Frankie

Bit of a thread revival, but i saw this DVD on ebay for a few quid, picked it up, just watched it. I though it was awesome! Plot isnt great, but better than most low budget films. TBH reminded me of Skins a bit... but with a kind of "chavs in ricers" vs. "goths n rockers" with the cool kid in his v8 capri... Cars are pretty good, acting isnt that terrible, but more than anything theres some great music in it.
And the Capri is truly amazing, especially with the slight satin paintwork after the "garage fire" lol.
Id recommend buying it if you can pick it up for less than a tenner.

Might have to look this one up for a giggle though
