One step closer to a Euro micra? I've just collected these: hmmmmmmm: which were formally fitted to this: Any one ever seen a set before? They are made by Lega and 5.5J 13" and very funky Not bad for £50 the lad selling even threw in a set of early small micra bumpers in for free! i collected them last night in the torrential rain from a place near silverstone, all was going so well until 30mins from home at 2am i came down a motor way slip road an encountered what i can only describe as a lake which me the micra and my new wheels plunged into at 30mph. Some how the car kept running although it did swallow a fair bit of water. Imanged to limp home with a top speed of 40

Those look ace dude! Any idea what tyres would go best on them? I'm thinking you want some nice low profiles on there.
(saw you driving passed my house the other day but i don't think you recognised me as i was in my dads motor!)

Brilliant find!! May I suggest a little streched rubber?? They'd have to be 155s to stretch over a 5.5J rim!

Think we spoke briefly about them at CaRS, IIRC they were also marketed here by Brown & Geeson before they got into plastic wheel trims. Got one or two old ad's for them buried in the wheels archive (posh word for big pile which is threatening to fall off the filing cabinet one day and is in need of being sorted out).
They certainly sit just right in your arches.

Lovely wheels - they sit rather nicely indeed in your arches. A polish and re-detail and they'd look tops. I don't know of any decent tyre options.....165/55 maybe? You'll be lucky to get anything to stretch though - you'd need something like a 135 which would be a bit sketchy. :-\

Matt - those are very cool wheels! Brilliant find!! May I suggest a little streched rubber?? They'd have to be 155s to stretch over a 5.5J rim! I used to have 155s on a set of 13 x 5.5 rims fitted to my Sprite ;D Still didn't clear the rear arches though
