4 doors are still cheap and are always up on the bay. I brought an MOT'd and Taxed example which is rock solid (although tatty round the edges) just last week for £450 privatly, including tons of spares. 2 doors are going for silly prices now though.

If I remember correctly they all had front discs exept the 1100 models, and I havent seen one of them for years!

What exactly do you need?

You can pick up a rusty 4 door for not alot if you look hard enough, my mate is getting one for £200, shells a scrapper. It may sound alot but once you tally up what it costs for the parts seperatly its not too expensive. axles go for £50 alone

The 1100 MkII's had "optional" front discs. I know because I had one (a 2door) and it was written in the little manual type dealio.

Its a mad plan, as I have too muchon right now anyway, but I might want struts, rack, ARB, column, prop, rear axle and a few other bits...
