Very nice body! As AK says, it seems ill-fitting for such a car to be equipped with a side-valve.

there were lots of cars over here powered by sidevalves. there was a huge "specials" industry here in the 50s and 60s basically offering bolt on bodies for Ford Popular chassis.

i agree, thats been on ebay for ages, I'm more interested in you searching for falcon utes though
i've not seen that many for sale over here, however there was a stunning XYGT ute (obivously fake) up your way in bright green with a cleveland fitted, was suppose to be a show ute, certainly looked to be in show condition, started off around 30k then dropped steadily to around 14-15k then i never saw it advertised again,
think he would have been better shipping it back to oz, where he would have stood a chance of getting most of his money back
of course you might be after one of the tempest/AU falcon utes, quite a few were imported and simply the most ugliest front on a falcon ever made by Ford, there was a better looking BA ute on ebay last week
