I spent a good few months trying to find somewhere in beds/bucks/herts and got lots of no.

I know of a empty barn near me which would be perfect but the whole estate is probate and no one is looking to answer any questions.

If you find one, I'm still interested to house my cars and bike as well as do some work too.

Including yourself i know of 4 guys looking to share, that gives us a fair budget i would say, email me and we will see if between the 4 of us we cant beat some ol farmer into renting us something

not sure if its any use to you but there is a place in grendon where i have mine hes converting some more barns to units as we speak, may be to far away for you though

yep thats the one, its a few miles from pod on a farm, ive been down there around 6 months now, full of decent people with other units down there and not had no trouble, touch wood

I may have just found a place in Potten End, Herts, that will be able to store / work on several cars, 7-10 at a guess with space. However, it's £1000 a month. I've yet to speak to the people but am waiting for the details. There also is a small chance that one of the people there already would be willing to sub let.

bit steep mate you can rent a industrial unit 1000 ft in letchworth for 5k a year

Yes, I don't know if the guess at £1000 a month was to scare me or test me! Once I speak to the actual owners I will have a better idea.

Will keep you posted if I track down anything else over here.
