Looking for a change, owned this car MUCH longer than any other car ive had. Covered 33,000 miles in it and all I have had to replace was the console bushes, very common on these. Replaced with polyurethane bushes so unlikely to ever need them again in its lifetime.
Just looking to get back into another retro again I have my r32 skyline as a toy but this modern daily business is no fun!
Mileage : 120,000
Tax : March 2012 (£63.25 for 6 months, £115 for 112 months)

Service History : Full service history. Recently(under 200 miles ago) had a FULL service, Genuine Diesel filter and oil filter, proper quantum OEM oil, continental contitech cambelt kit(tensioner and idler replaced as part of kit), water pump replaced with metal impeller pump, genuine thermostat and brand new radiator just to make sure it was ALL fresh and reliable over the winter.
Engine:
The famous PD130 engine drives, runs and starts like new no smoke, odd noises, issues or anything.
- Clutch and flywheel was replaced before my ownership and is spot on
- Remapped to 170bhp+ and around 400nm of torque it is a VERY quick car in the real world and returns 60mpg weekly on my work journeys(calculated not just the computer read out)
- Ported and polished inlet manifold along with gutted, ported and polished EGR valve. Wanted to retain the anti shudder part of it rather than fit one of those bypass pipes.
- Pipercross panel filter and cupra intake
- Full miltek stainless resonated exhaust system with miltek downpipe and decat(not loud at all sounds standard inside the car but sounds great from behind so ive been told)
- Absolutely no problems to report on the engine side of things.
Gearbox:
Fantastic 6 speed box not notchy at all goes into all gears fine again no problems to report.
Running Gear:
- Super Pro Poly Bushes on the following parts - Front anti roll bar, front wishbones, console bushes.
- FK AK street coilovers purchased around July so not very old. Greased on fitment so shouldn't be seized
- FK shortened drop links to clear anti roll bar off coilovers when lowering
- The car isn't overly low. I lowered it to the point that the wishbones driveshafts etc are level so handles fantastic.
- Good tyres on front but rears are starting to get a bit low(rotated from fronts not been on the handbrake!)
- Front discs and pads around 1500 miles ago.
Interior:
- Not got standard wheel as per pics it has an OMP style suede steering wheel, not a daft small one but feels fantastic to drive with!
- Rare cupra K1 gearknob and red stitching on gear gaitor.
- JVC double din headunit
- Early 6 dial dash which has oil temp and battery voltage built into it unlike later cars.
- Climate control
- Sports style seats with red fleck
- Everything is fully functioning only aircon needs regassing as aircon rad was removed to replace radiator
Overall the car is in great condition there are a few of the usual dings around the car you get bare in mind it is now 10 years old but there is nothing to detract from the overall car and I think you will agree when you see it.
Would prefer to do a Swap/PX May be up for deals with money your way but it would really need to be interesting and no more than £800-£900 your way but try me. Not looking for anything in particular but use your common sense I don't want something really dull.
Looking to retain my private plate if possible but if a quick interesting deal came up id let it go rather than wait for transfer.
Would take cash deals around the £3000 mark but bear in mind i'm in no hurry to sell so wont be selling it daft cheap. Still in daily use so mileage may differ slightly
