Sorry i could'nt make the 1st in Falkirk, wimped out due to the weather

I could make the one on the 29th, would also vote for a weekend meet as i normaly work long hours during the week so a weeknight is a non starter for me.

Curse my Granny for giving birth to my Dad on the exact day that would, a mere sixty five years later, see the Monte starting off from Clydebank!
(Translation: I can't make the 29th anymore, we're taking my Dad for a birthday lunch on the other side of the country)

By the by, I've had no response from the organisers about the start time.
Anybody know when it starts?

Last year the cars were there the whole day then set off at 6pm. Would imagine it'll be much the same.

I'll do my best to make this one too, as i am still sat here on standby for the moment.

Would recommend getting down folks, it was quite good banter the last time, and there is a local Maccy Ds we can go to in Clydebank for filthy food / warmth!

I can see me wandering over the river for this but probably in my boring daily as the fasty is in the garage behind my 2 hire vans.

don't think Clydebank will offer the same excitement as watching the cars tear off through a city centre but should still be a great spectacle.

What are we doing to make it a meet, meeting up before hand then travelling over together or just meeting whilst there?

I can't make it unfortunately. After months of having water dripping down my face from the leaky cheap and nasty, curse word, aftermarket Britax teabag sunroof, I decided to take it to the bodyshop yesterday and told them just to take it back out and get it back to having a solid roof, so i'm not sure when I'll get it back. Plus I've bought another Coupe gt for spares, so i'm swapping the interior over for a dry one and have finally got a heater switch that actually works. I'll definitely make it to the next meet though as I've got a fortnight off work in Feb, it should be fixed up by then.

I was planning on popping down to this anyhow but might be in charge of my 13th month old offspring instead, so not sure- thought the rally started in the evening for some reason?, not sure though...

Google just told me the cars line up from 2pm and rally starts 5pm, think they might go over the erskine bridge which would be an amazing sight which I'll probably miss

I was there, it was cold, but good.
I didn't get any pics, but i think my brother did, so will have to wait on him coming home 'till i get them.
There were some lovely cars there, The stratos especially looked and sounded amazing.
