Advice please on this mildly irreleavant e-Gay conundrum... Had a bid on this earlier: cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=006&item=160028257775&So I was all poised to bosh an extra bit on... when I thought I'd see what else that 0-rated bidder had been up to... click for shocking shill-biddageSurprise surprise I just got a 'second chance offer'.. So I'm quite pi$$ed off. Do I (a) Just dobb him in and get him lobbed off (b) Accept the second chance, pay him the cash and just bear it. (c) Go down there and offer him a lot less, like it or lump it (using dobbing as a bargaining chip) (d) Buy it in 'good faith' then dobb him in and neg his shonky ass when I get home? I'd prefer 'D'. But I'm not sure I wouldn't be able to keep schtum... ;D It's a curse word as we need one of these lumps quite urgent, and it's only 25 mins away.....

Could be someone trying to disrupt all of dog12340_3's auctions?
I'd go for d) just in case - let ebay worry about sorting it out. You know b) is never going to happen really is it?

'c'... mentioning the shill bidding, but not mentioning that you intend reporting it.
Then dob him.
Were were prepared to go to £99 if somebody genuinely bid, so any cheaper than that is a bonus?
Just realised you could have had it for £52-odd if it wasn't for the alter-ego. Offer the £53

I caught a shill-bidder on the purchase of an old Toyota brochure. I sent emails to people that had been caught on auctions by the same seller, to ebay and then to the seller and his 'bidder'. The seller sent the brochure for free, the shill-bidder apologised and then ebay banned both of them. Win win win.
;D
Take the bargain and then get them banned!

Go to his house, slap him with your glove and demand a duel. I concur! Seeing as we are in chap mode, go round his house and give him a damn good drubbing,.. Queensbury rules.

Someone from Grimsby openly admitted having his mates shill-bid on auctions of his, on VZi yesterday. As soon as I'm 100% sure of his eBay ID and those of his shill-mates, I'll be sure to let eBay know
