I wasn't going to bother making a thread on this, but I thought I'd quickly share my winter daily I've had for a few weeks now until my mk1 comes out again. Its a 320i auto which now has 86k on it, a lot of history and a very blue interior The L plates are for the wench lol

Its soo comfy though, and I don't want to spoil that seeing as most of the summer I'l be using the mk1 golf and thats on coilovers :/
Although handling leaves a lot to be desired, its not a sports car, its a smooth, easy to drive cruising machine, but it does need putting in the weeds to make it look the part. Whats the cheapest way to lower it without chopping springs? Can I drop it like 60mm without shorter shocks and still drive alright? Gone that low before on standard springs on other cars and it felt like cut springs.

Join e30zone and buy some second hand lowered springs. They come up quite often for pocket money.

Already on there Stuff seems to sell pretty quickly on there. How will my et38 wheels fit? Will they stick out?
