I've been talking to a mate lately, about possibly renting a large barn unit.
It's a fairly modern building, and is secure, with single phase electric and water, and an upstairs office space(pool/games room?)
There will be room for approx 8 cars to store, leaving enough room to work on 3 cars under the office.
The total rent will be around £80-90 per week, plus electric (he's got a £1 coin electric meter to fit, to cover the cost of that).
I just wondered if this happens, if anyone would be interested?
