Unsure where to post this so please move if I have used the wrong board, sorry! Can anyone I.D. this twin carb manifold please, do you know which engine is it meant for. Found it at the back of my garage,in the place where new life forms slowly evolve, but I've no idea why it's there or what it's for! But as I need all the money I can lay my hands on for my Triumph conversion, I'm hoping to sell it! Thanks for any help you can give me. Andy

Photos work for me. Well, from the port spacing it's probably something with 8 ports (could be 7, but very unlikely IMO), and non-crossflow - the half-holes eitherr side of the ports are where a stud and nut is shared between the inlet and exhaust manifolds. I did wonder about the Ford Pre-crossflow, but froma google search I reckon the stud locations are wrong: fordanglia.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=fordanglia&action=display&thread=121

On further thought and a glass of wine, I think it may be for an Opel Manta A....anyone confirm this? Or should stop drinking the wine now?

Hmm, Opel CIH manifolds are usually 2 piece, but it does look like a 1.5-2.0 CIH intake manifold
