The building is only mainly used for working on a car short-term, servicing/repairs: rather than long term restoration and projects. Or for non-car storage only as it leaves little space free to get a car in. But naturally, some kit/tools and parts can be kept there.
My friend and I have been renting it for almost a year now but due to work reasons i can no longer share. Rather than my friend having to give it up ; i hope we can find another person for him to split/share the use with.
