Hi, really nice work, sadly there are only a few people who appreciate the hours of work that went into making those.
Hexis white vinyl comes on a blue backing paper, it makes weeding and alignment a damn sight easier - do you use a light box for lining up? I haven't had one for a while now so use clear top tape (I like you say though it would have helped here)
I agree about the vectorisation programs though, Evenl though some are better than others its still often easier to just re-draw it yourself rather than spend hours tweaking....
I like that lens correction feature i'll have to have a look at it - I know Freehand/ flexisign have similar things in them I just haven't had anyone whow me how to use them properly so just sort of taught myself. I normally ask for dimensions etc or a tracing to work from (preferably) as well as a photo.
