It is a big unit for the money imo The good thing of where this is, the fact there are only 7 units and its a happy helpful yard, I restore old fords as well as full garage services, then there is a bmw specialists, a vinyl signwriting wholesalers, a body shop, a small garage carrying out servicing and mot work, a polish garage and a builders storage |

Pricey?? Jeez what do you guys want? I pay £150 a week for mine in Northamptonshire plus bills and rates. If that was closer I'd be considering a move!

i pay less than that for more space, without any awkwardly placed pillars, and a bigger outside space.
anyone looking to fit cars in past those pillars will find them a PITA, especially with where the doors are in relation to them. its 6 cars max. less if you want a ramp.
what hamps says is true, its as much who else is in the yard that makes a place than anything. youd have to be careful about treading on other peoples toes though if theres basically 5 other garages/car related workshops on site.
