Additional Information:
This is an L-reg Legacy twin turbo estate. It was imported in 2007 and has been converted to a MPH speedo. It has a 2-litre flat-four with twin sequential turbos, and goes pretty well, as one would expect with 255bhp. The auto 'box is only a 4-speed, but is responsive enough and the ratios are quite well-spaced - much better than on my Stagea.
It drives well - the suspension is firmer than a standard Legacy but the ride is still quite reasonable, and it handles nicely. The tyres are cheapies on the front and Firestones on the back - all still have plenty of tread.
The bodywork is solid enough, but had some damage to the nearside doors back in 2008 - the previous owner straightened them out as best he could, but they're still far from perfect, as you can see from the pictures. It's not hugely noticeable though - being a dark colour helps. There's also a bit of a dent in the lip of the bonnet on the nearside, also visible in the pictures.
The interior is in pretty good nick overall, and everything seems to work - even the aircon is cold. It comes with a plastic boot liner which has helped to protect the boot carpet. It has a stereo from a UK model Legacy so can pick up stations other than Radio 2. I don't have a great deal of history with the car - the previous owner was a Subaru enthusiast and had his own garage so carried out all his own maintenance. I do have a few old MoTs though.
