it may be time to part with my 309gti, it's a 1.9 Gti on a h reg clock reads under 90k but up to you how much u believe it! it had an engine rebuild in feb this year and isn't quite right think it could benefit from a vernier pulley and a rolling road to set it up, the bodywork is far from mont but it is taxed and tested, lowered, 13 row oil cooler strut brace. sliding sun roof? any body like to disappoint me with a few estimates?

They don't seem to make that much as far as I can tell. A 205 the same would be about £1500 I would think, there are 2 on Ebay at the moment, 1750 and1995, so I'd hazard 1500 to 1800 quid!

I'm finding much the same trying to sell my 309 GLD. The 309's are a seriously underrated motor vehicle and I'd guess the day will come, sometime, maybe... or will they forever be in the shadow of the 205. In cooking spec I'm sure my 09 holds steer better than my old 05  |

The 309 was and still is a better car than the 205
In my opinion.. I have had both gti versions and
Would buy another 309 over a 205 any day of the week
The namby pamby 205 was a little car that thought it was big
The 309 was and is a bigger and better car at everything
Its little cousin trys to do.
Just my opinion though

I really want a 309 at the moment, but I can't shift either of my surplus cars to allow for it.
