I've only had about 2 months, but the way things are going I might need to get rid, I know I'm going to loose big time but just how sore 96' Audi A6, mot July 13, 165000 and pulls as it should, in the last year the previous owner had quite a bit spent on it ncluding springs and shocks allround, since i've had it, in the last month I put 2 front tyres on and complete inner and outer o/s track rod...receipts for everthing. The gearbox is smooth all electrics work as they should including windows x4, also has cruise, a/c, adjustable reach/rake steering. Apart fron a few light cracks in th o/s back bumper, the bodywork's in excellent condition for it's age, drives and stops straight with no pulling

Welll I'm not overly well up on this type of car but i'd say it would be worth appx (depending on the person obv) around 800 quids? not 100% as I say as I'm not well up on it but I could see you getting roughly that...maybe a few hundreds more if you hang in there...being a tdi with a fairly long mot!

I think 700 is a fair price for an Audi Estate with a fairly long MOT in good nick. Its horrible when you pay over the odds for something, had a car a few years back that I payed nearly 2g's for and sold it for just under 1 High fuel and insurance prices didn't help due to it being a 20mpgish turbo so it was hard to sell! I woulda thought yours would find a buyer, especially for around 700, hang in there! You could put it on here for sale (if you check the tnc's on the for sale thread) or try relevent specialist forums, i.e older cars, audis ect?

Not a good time of the year to be selling a car with Xmas on its way I'd have said around £750 ~ £850, looks tidy enough & well cared for. Being a Derv it'll be a bit easier at the pumps than a petrol version, these a cracking motors & perfect for the winter/commute/part chaser. You might want to punt it out closer to the figure you paid for it, you were willing to pay it so someone might be as well. No harm in trying
