Mk2 golf stolen, dark blue, 5door, seat alloys, 91k with new head only just been skimmed, cars got a gti front splitter, has laquor peeling down the drivers side an passengers side doors have a crease, stolen in Northamptonshire and I'm really really annoyed at this, spent all weekend soon the cambelt, putting the head on, timing, drove it today then was stolen at around 6:30-9? Outside my house, anyone sees this please please let me know as I've spent literally all my wages on it and I don't exactly earn the worlds greatest amount of money, if you want pics please click my name and I have a thread about what I've done to it etc etc, thanks

It's a 1991 reg H454 VBD 1.3 4+e 91k miles, dark blue, 5 spoke 15 alloys, fox alloys I think? Pretty much standard except for that, also has a roof guttering missing, ill have to post the link tonight as my phone can't do it, sorry, and it was the Kingsley area

Car has now been found, was recovered at rugby near a scrapyard still with all my tools and stuff BUT insurance and the recovery place wanted £300 and as I'm on low income and don't get paid much and spent it all on the car when I got paid, she now belongs to aviva car insurance, story of my life, damn thiefs  |

Try haggling with them. The insurance wont want the car, just the dosh, so you might be able to haggle down to scrap value.

Yeah I took a trip down there to get my stuff, left my boot full of tools as id only just finished working on it and the rear seats had some tools on aswell under a cover, was able to get everything I put in the car as the thief didn't get a chance to look, I'm happy I got those back just such a real shame about the car |
