This is the stereo that was fitted in my 190e when I bought it. It's a decent stereo (Sony XR-CA400), I just changed it for something a bit more subtle. The CD changer is very good, I can't remember it ever skipping. It comes with all the cables you need apart from an RCA cable - on this unit the control signals for the changer are sent via a 'uni-link' cable and the audio is sent via a normal RCA cable. I'm sure I can dig one out if you need one. It doesn't need any sort of wiring adapter as the head unit simply has an ISO socket on the back. Dead easy. It also comes with a fascia surround. There was no cage fitted with the stereo, it just has these weird metal clips which go in either side of the stereo slot but these held it securely. These are also included.
A benefit of the RCA cable system Sony used is that, if you put a 'silent' CD in the changer, you can use RCA splitters to run an AUX-in into the stereo. Although I haven't tested it on this particular stereo, there's no reason why it shouldn't work. I can supply a silent CD if needed or tell you how to burn one.
I'm after £40 for it posted, or less if you collect it from Reading.
If I forget/can't be arsed to wire it back up, the lucky buyer of this marvellous stereo will receive a super extra bonus prize of
