This was fitted to my 2000 Audi A6 when I bought it, but personally I don't like using these things when I'm driving so I decided to remove it and sell it to someone who does! The guy I bought the car off gave me a quick demo of it with his phone and it all seemed to work perfectly. I went to great lengths to remove all the interior trim so that I didn't damage any cables or components when removing it, instead of just cutting and ripping it out willy nilly. None of the proprietary wires have been cut or damaged, the only cuts are to normal wires which can easily be extended if necessary to make re-fitting easy.
