So a month or so ago I trundled off to see top chap guido45 from this here forum. I was 'selling' my E39 528i at the time - I wasn't really that interested in selling it as getting something a bit more retro, and cooler that i had the interest to tinker with, yet still hoon back to London at a lick every now and then.
Guy sent me a message as he was looking for something that fitted the E39's bill and only had a cool E32 for swaps
So later that I week I found myself somewhere not far from Gatwick at an altogether silly time for a Sunday morning looking at this fine beast.
Bone stock apart from little fiddlings that Guy had carried out before - including the cool genuine M-Paras that attracted me to the car, Cosmic Black paintwork in good condition, low mileage and general togetherness of it all.
Completely in love with this - my first E32. Pondering a 740 transplant as there's a complete set up on ebay at the moment, not sure whether to do it or not as this one is so original. I'll see, for now i'm happy getting little niggly stuff sorted and pimping this thing hard.
Will need to get the whole thing mopped soon - as it's far to clean not to.
Some picachurz:
All washed and ready for Brean Sands
Stopped off in Dorchester and took some more pictures on the way back from Brean
At times like this I really wish I had something more than a Lumia 920 to take pictures with
More exciting stuff as it happens - not much gonna be going on with this tbh - unless I decide to go for the V8.
