twin draw thru turbo setup with twin su carbs, 3 speed gm180 auto box,car sits and ticks over nicely but as soon as i shift from P or N into a gear the revs drop right down as if its going to stall, will this be a vacuum problem? theres a vac pipe from the gearbox and also the brake servo, now should these be fastened upto the inlet manifold or the stubs between the carbs and turbos??
cheers in advance chris

turbo or not... it will work the same as the standard car in that respect. Turbos only make a difference once on boost.
Something you may have an issue with is whether or not your carbs are designed to work with an autobox. I'd guess you'd have to have some sort of addition to the carb which would connect to the gearbox? Not much good with carbs myself.
Automatics have to have an idle-up function for when the gearbox is shifted into gear and you're holding it on the brake.
Modern cars with ECUs do this with an idle-up wire connected to the gearshift. It just signals to the ECU that the car is in something other than P or N.
