Hi Guys,
I'm looking for some help, i want to upgrade my TR7 back axle to 4HA as per the works cars, i understand the Jag powerlock LSD system fits into the 4HA Casing? but will the CWP from the Jaguar also fit as its the ratio i would like (3.54).
Also what width are availble sourcing one from a scimitar?

The Salsibury type differentials, as you probably know, bolt in to the cast casing, from the rear, unlike a typical diff, which bolts in with its nose from the rear. As such, only a 4HA/U casing will accept a 4HA/U diff. Now, assuming you already have a 4HA type axle, the diff centre should fit no problem. What you might find is that you have to have a spacer ring machined up to make the different CW and pinion ratio mesh up properly. If it's of any interest/use, I have a 3.54 open 4HU diff sat on the garage floor which has come out of my TVR in favour of a Powerlok.

Thanks for the Info, I have yet to buy the Jag Diff or the 4HA housing because I want to be sure of widths and the compatability of the components. Also having one couriered to NI is also going to cost me a few quid. How much would you be after for the 3.54 CROWN wheel and pinion? I assume this CWP can be used with a salisbury LSD centre? The only experience I have with live axles is with the english & 2HA axle where all CWP's and LSD's can be integrated together.
