Can anyone tell me what type of bulb these hold in the various dashboard locations. They're out on the speedo/rpm clocks and various other telltale bulbs.
Also the rpm gauge seems a little slow (ie it doesn't seem to want to shift from between 1000 and 3000 rpm).
Thanks

Ahh yes I had to pass up this car when it was sorn. It was on the retro-renault forum wen't really cheap, only reason I passed on it was no space at the time. Martin bought it spent literally a few pounds and presto huge profit for him and bargain for you!

Yes, but I wouldn't say a few pounds - , 1 year's tax, MOT, brakes recon, new tyres, pro refurbished alloy wheels, starter, oil, filter, half a tank of petrol, etc. More than a few hundred pounds ha! Not sure how much these are worth AT ALL, but I'm quite pleased with it, I've ALWAYS wanted one - turbo is a bonus.

Here's the Autodata manual for the Fuego. I haven't read it, but it seems to be all there. 40 meg , so you'll have to lojack it yourself, I don't reckon your email client would like an attachment that size, rar'd or not! carpdf.com/manual/renault-18-fuego-repair-manual.htmlRight click the word "Download" (where I have placed the red arrows) and select "Save Target As.."

Thanks all!! I'm downloading the manual now!
The bulbs are standard T7 small type and the larger type. The rev counter is working, but sits at 0 rpm at 1,000. I think the needle may be misaligned for some reason. I'm not touching the dial as it looks a little 'fragile'.
The speedo needle has a wobble which I reckon is the cable. Also bad contacts on interior lamps, but apart from that, everything works. Incredibly, the central locking fob worked after putting new batteries in. The car also had two Feu Oranges in, all the way from 1996 when it was put in the garage, haha!
