I've got a smart set of dark red leather Lotus Elise seats.
Not sure what you mine by exposed back?
Very light and compact. They are from the 11S model so have some extra padding on the seat base.

By exposed back I mean in the way that there is no covering on the backs, hard backed if that is clearer?

Do the 11S seats have harness holes?
