I used a gasket as a template and filed myself a plate to make an inlet manifold for my Ford Crossflow. Then I cut and tacked the pipes in correct places. Then I bolted it to an old head so it could be welded. Which I paid for as it has to be TIG (MIG is porous) But I reckon it either didnt work or he took it off the old head because its now bent. How do I straighten it?? Bend is from from middle so I could chance bolting it on with center stud and working out but, outer studs will be under a lot of stress I reckon. Any ideas??

If the flange is thick enough, get it machined back flat.

I'm assuming its aluminium? Mig isn't porous and would do fine but tig is more appropriate You can just get it milled flat if there's enough material, if not, get one made out of steel!

Use some welding rods between the centre studs with the manifold bolted to your scrap head , use a plumbers torch with Map gas and heat the manifold and flange whilst slowly tightening the outer bolts to push it flat , you'll feel the outer bolts getting easier to pull as the flange heats up .
Done this a few times and got the flange flat enough to finish on a belt sander

who told you mig is porous? It's an 'urban myth' that get's thrown about from time to time. Usually by people who can't weld properly.

Sorry bout not replying to this. Thanks for the help. Local machine shop will be welding on the water connection on and then milling the face flat. I am busy with the car improvements so not in a hurry (obviously)
