Well folks it seems i have been worrying about nothing. I had a collision in August which was all my fault, nothing major at all but it went through my insurers so it's still a claim. My renewal is end of November so i thought on the 1st i would call them and see what the new bill will be but got the answer on the mat today.
It's 4 pound less then last year making it 230.30 "kin brilliant!!

If you have a classic policy with footman james like i do, i was advised by them that most historic claims make very little difference to a classic car quote for some reason or another. Still didn't stop mine going up for the 4th year in a row but it all depends on the make and age of car etc, i think old fords still carry the "stolen regularly" flag. However i will commend FJ for a recent claim i had to make this year which was an exemplary service |
