There should be one on the stereo ISO plug copey. Check you don't need to swap your red and yellow wires round on the ISO harness on the stereo, also check fuse 22 isn't blown.

as above swapping the red & yellow will normally sort the issue

Some radios do not come with the harness ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) . Also, someone may have hacked off the ISO plug many many moons ago making life interesting. Have you taken a look behind the HU to see what is present?
