Personally i would give him a day or two, as i find sometimes the bidders with low ratings are more trustworthy than the bidders with high ratings. Also its a Saturday night, he might be out and can't hear the phone.
Or you could second chance offer the guy who bid £1350.

i've second chanced both of the next bidders. the winner was bidding right up to the end. and i called them not long after winning.
i wonder if they knew i'd get their name address and phone number...
last car i sold on ebay was my Cedric. again. the winning bidder was a time waster and sold to one of the other bidders instead.
