hi all, right this week I will have to make my own exhaust section up (manifold > centre section)on my daily, my question is the original Vauxhall layout consists of a conical gasket, but because of ease and hopefully being less of a PITA will it be ok to use a flexi joint? technically the exhaust system does need to have some flex being fwd , but would the option to use a flexi joint over a rubbish conical gasket be okay?
