Wow! Such a shame about all that filler "treatment" but at least it's getting sorted now. Although this has only just started I can honestly say I've thoroughly enjoyed seeing what you're doing. It's really given me hope for my newly acquired '66 Cortina. I'll be watching/learning closely!

If you're doing arch repair, you may as well mini-tub it at the same time, if you're going to put wider tyres on it.

I always liked these Fords - perfect scaled down yank for the UK! Respect for the industry and tidy work.

Nice to see one of these getting some attention, very interested to see how the build develops and the new direction you take it in.

Thanks for all your words of encouragement. Totti, the rear quarters are from Expressed. A bit pricey, but good quality.

You're a brave man. Many would have considered this too far gone to even attempt.

Amazing work, and makes me wish I could fab and weld. I love the provenance of the car as a well - one to be really proud of when finished (which seems to be getting closer!)

I'm with the "jaw drop" crowd. Is there any part of that car that is not covered rust!.....I am in awe...
What is the history of the car?....is it all custom?
