Hi Folks,
This is my companies old pool car, we've just replaced it with a slightly newer estate but I'm hoping someone can take it off us and get some more use out of it.
The sale price is scrap value ~£110 plus the £90 of VED that's left on it.
It's done just under 140k, got a reasonable amount of history with it. Let's get the picture out the way.
More to come if wanted.
It has it's fair share of faults/blemishes but it is a usable vehicle, proven by the fact that I'll be driving to Scunthorpe in it at the crack of dawn tomorrow (Thursday 3rd).
Good Points:
5 Months TAX
4 Months MOT
Always starts, always stops, steers.
AC, CD player, Electric Windows/Sunroof, 1 excellent tyre, 3 ok ones
Great fuel economy, always over 35mpg, over 40 on a run.
Half heated front screen
Tow bar with twin electrics (never used)
2 keys (but lost the remote)
Bad Points:
Cracked front bumper with lots of tape, primer grey rear bumper, dent on OSR quarter
Clutch it high/sloppy but it's been high for the last 25k that the car has done and not appreciably deteriorated
Central locking buggered, has to be unlocked from passenger side
AC not likely to work along with some of the winows (front ones are fine).
Boot takes a good slam
Washer jets could be more useful
Messy inside, will give it a quick tidy though
Alloy in the boot has a useless tyre on it, spare currently on with a brand new Continental or some such.
Basically, I don't want to have to take this to scrap, if you need a cheap hauler then they get no cheaper or haulier (yes that's a word) than this.
Texts (anytime) /Calls (after 5) to 07930 five zero 8 379
Please don't view expecting a stunner, please view with 200 sheets in your pocket expecting to drive away a ratty wagon.
Car is in the S10 (Eccleshall Road) area of Sheffield most of the time.
Cheers,
Sam
