Just finished off my First major project over the May bank holiday moves forward and back in the yard ok went out for a ride the clutch was slipping in all gears clutch was fine it the transit before Transit was a 2002 t350 rwd MT75 Gearbox i changed the box for a Land Rover Defender 6speed MT82
clutch pedal and clutch master cylinder are from a Discovery mk1 clutch pipe was from the transit witch was a bit long
so dose loop round the back of the gearbox
I think the transit used a dual mass flywheel and the land rover a single mass flywheel could this be the problem
or is there some way of adjusting the clutch

there isn't any way to adjust the clutch on them, its a self adjusting system.
IIRC the 5 speed box would have been an external release bearing and the 6 speed unit the concentric type, I don't know whether the clutch varied between these but if you fit the Defender clutch and flywheel that should eliminate any issues if there are differences.

Hi i scraped the transit so had the complete loom fitted it in the range rover so it would start the engine then just cut out any wires that i didn't need quite easy transit loom splits into three main bits one stops on the engine one dose the lights and under bonnet fuses and realys ant the other is in the cab
