Hi Got a few questions on metro suspension. so far on my brothers metro all i have done is drain the fluid out to lower it.
I have read that i should fit Spacers Behind the rear Droop stops. some websits i have seen it on say the droop stops should be about 10mm off the arm. Others say they should be touching the arm at ride height, and then you pressurizer the system to full pressure.
What way is the right way?
If they are touching the arm then do i not have to make the rear Individualizing as they can't really affect each other as much? (its a Austin metro so only the rear hydro units are linked currently)
For the front i am just planning on cutting 10mm of the rod an pressuring the system. Is this all there is to do on the front?
Also what pressure should the hydro system be at from standard and does any on know the thread for the valve coming off the Hydro units.
Many Thanks
