Hi. Does anyone know if there is a tumbler rebuild kit for a mk2 XR2 door lock at all? I`ve just got probably the most original XR2 around, but like many, the drivers door lock is on a different key. If possible, I`d like to get it back on the original key.
I can`t find any details on the net, so thought it`s worth a try in here!
Cheers

There are complete lock sets 2nd hand on ebay , bit of a pain to change them all .You could try ford , although locks seem to be one of the things that get snapped up first .

That had one lock different , so he went down he scrap yard got a few spare barellls came home, stripped them down then used the right tumblers to make up the good lock! Then I went out got a Clifford installed, went remote central locking and had the doors smoothed in! He wasn't impressed
