Hi all;
I am considering fitting (nylon) probably the wrong word but semi ridgid fuel lines instead of Cunifer, as i have read that Ethanol attacks copper. I want 10mm dia and the Cunifer pipe i have is 7.89mm i/d. The smallest part of a fuel fitting is 7.2mm i/d and the semi ridgid tube is 6.32mm i/d. So the question is...will i get sufficient fuel flow through the semi ridgid tube??
FYI the engine is a V8 5.0 litre and produces 320bhp at the moment....

If your switching from rigid to semi you will no doubt be changing all the fitting which is normally the most expensive part when plumbing.
If you stick with AN-6 that's about the nearest to your dimensions.I use Demon Tweeks for reference and my local Hydraulics supplier ( Pirtek in Borough ask for Harry ) they can get all the fitting and hose ect at a fraction of the cost. Or your local Pirtek. An dimension work out at.
-6 : 8.73mm ID , 14.22mm OD -8 : 11.12mm ID , 17.02mm OD -10 : 14.27mm ID , 20.83mm OD -12 : 17.47mm ID , 24.38mm OD
If you are concerned about fuel supply give them your flow pressure and they will tell you the litres per minute.Hope this helps!!

Oh and Nylon is not rated to withstand Petrochemicals.

I used -6 all the way from the pump to the inlet rail mate with no issues at 460 bhp

I got all my gear through a mate that has a Pirtek franchise but the best place I found other wise was TorquesUK on Ebay.
And just a quick google brings up threads on other forums recommending them too.

Oh and them OD sizes can differ significantly with different hoses so if you end up using a semi rigid or rigid line you may very well end up using your OG clips.
