In all honesty my car history has been a bit boring, and sadly never owned a true 'retro', although I really hope to some time if I can. I love cars, mainly been into the VW scene lately but if it has four wheels and an engine, I'll like it! I'm fortunate to have been around cars most of my life with a few taxi drivers in my family, and quite a lot of them were quite interesting (couple of Mk.2 and 3 Granadas, Montegos, Maestros, E21 BMW 3 series and so many Cavaliers!). Only stumbled on this forum fairly recently, and it's been great, very cool place to be.
Best wishes guys,
Andrew

Cars, projects - Used to own a Peugeot 106 Rallye 8V, completely stock! Lots of Motorbikes, worth mentioning the Moto Guzzi Le Mans II 850. Currently (very slowly) restoring a Yamaha XT250L '84. Continuously working on my push bikes, restoring an old french bike, eighties velosolex road bike. Planning on selling my bike and buying something RWD, old (mostly because i don't have a lot of money, and i like tinkering), from Japan (again the money and it has to be a daily) and small motor (money...). Maybe a Toyota Corolla KE70... Don't like turbos or very low suspension, unless it was built that way...
What am i doing here? - I 've been here a long time educating myself, the quality of the posts and people is outstanding, registered to say thanks to some people here for taking the time to share their builds!

Name: Nitro
Location: South Wales
Retro/interesting Cars owned: No vehicle at the moment (unless you count the significant-other's Megane II), due to recovering from a serious accident caused by a plonker in an E46 pulling in front of me whilst I was on my Ducati ST4 (RIP). I have previously owned several RR worthy cars:
'88 mk2 VW Polo square-back hatch 1043 '83 mk2 VW Polo saloon 1083 ? mk1 Volvo 440 1800 ? mk1 Volvo 460 1700 turbo ? Series 2 Land Rover on coils '94 Lada Niva 1600 ? Renault 5 1400 Campus ? Rover 400 1600 twin cam saloon ? Nissan 200SX mk1(?) with pop up lights ? BMW E28 525i ? BMW E28 M535i ? BMW E36 316i compact ? Volvo 940 2300 saloon ? Citroen Xantia 1900TD estate
The have probably been others I'll remember after posting, and there has been some more modern machinery (an '07 KA and an '02 Terios spring to mind).
Shows Regularly Attended: Don't really attend shows, but looking to alter that fact going forward.
Instagram, Twitter, Facebook Pages: No social media
What are you hoping to see here: Awesome cars! Also hopefully my next purchase when my legs will allow it. I'm hoping to attend some shows recommended on RR to appreciate some badass cars in the metal (or glass fibre!), and maybe make that a regular thing
Anything else we should know?: I love bikes too, and will be back on one when physically fit enough.
Cheers!

Hi There
I'm knew to this forum and am a modeler of scale vehicles for fun. Recently I saw a BMC VA 'Noddy' van used extensively by British Road Services and would like to build a mode of same. A good selection of pictures are scattered about most of the front few of the back and next to none of the interior.
I'm also looking for a GA drawing to assist my project
A close look at a being/restored one would be good, I live in Watford
Any helpers?
Graham
