Hi Techno peeps a bit of advice please.. My project Skoka has the pcd of 4x130, the rear has drums and the front has discs now obviously its a rear wheel drive motor but is there any way that l can swap the drums for say something like an escort with 4x108 pcd the dame with the front disc's, or even later Skoda models like the fsvorit that has 4x100.. lve looked into having them redrilled but not sure about this.. Any help/advice would be awesome

In theory possible. You need to find some discs of the right dimensions. Normally rear discs are smaller than the front so don't go too big and expect to need a proportioning valve. I assume you have already thought about handbrake ? The Brembo web site is excellent for disc dimensions - www.bremboparts.com/en/productsPaul H

I'd also go with the possibility of swapping the fronts to 4x100 pcd too - might be worth looking into the VAG supply of rear calipers. Dirt cheap (even when new), handbrake cable fitting, and all the supporting parts can be had for pence

It is possible to fit discs of 50-60mm depth to the back face of the rear hub once its machined to allow for concentric fitment however hardly any circa 250mm diameter discs exist that would fit over the front of the hubs due to needing a 85mm centerbore and a 170mm 'bell' diameter hence rear face fitment only
changing the pcd on the front and rear hubs on post 84 skodas is a major reworking task to the extent that making custom hubs would be a better engineered solution (for different disc placement, wheel offset/pcd etc) the reason for this is that the rear hubs have a thin cross section where all the popular pcds would fall as the 130pcd is through 4 ears on the hubs thickened outer circumference
the front hub is a different situation in that although the disc is bolted via a 100mm pcd already its wheel spigot is 85mm thus interfering with any 100 pcd wheel
