They almost look like Micky Thomson wheels,could be off a truck possibly 4 front rims maybe

Optional dealer fit alloys for Mitsubishi Pajeros. They are genuine Ralliart wheels that were part of the accessory range in Japanese dealerships.
Quite rare but not actually worth much, the StyleII version is more sought after.

Here's the StyleII wheel. Rarer and a lot lighter, I'd love to see someone fit a set of these to a lowered car with some suitable low profile tyres.   |

Those above are 15" you can get 16's though (good luck finding any!). Can't say I know the ET etc though!
