Hi all I'm currently in the process of restoring my 2.8 v6 Granada. Currently it's running a Pierburg solex carb and it's been converted to an auto choke at some point in its life. To cut a long story short I'm having untold issues with it - the left hand mixture screw needs to be fully tightened to be even close to running - nothing like the 4-5 turns that it should be.... The right hand side however seems to be fine with the 4 turns....
Has anyone else had a similar issue because I'm getting close to it being launched across the front lawn!
P.s considering biting the bullet and fitting a 38 dgas webber and going back to a manual choke!
Cheers guys!
