I`ve recently imported an old Fiat 500 from Italy, and seem to be struggling a bit with the confusion of getting it registered.
I`m in the process of getting it through an MOT, which I believe needs to be done prior to registration. However, It also looks like I`ll need to get a NOVA certificate. These are new to me, and seem a bit awkward to obtain one! Going through the online process is a bit of a mine field it seems; or is that just me?
Once I have the NOVA certificate, I think I can just take this along to my local DVLA office with insurance certificate and MOT, fill in a few forms, pay the cash and away I go.
I`m sure there`ll be someone on here who has been through this recently, who could maybe point me in the right direction.
